I finally got to posting a few pictures from my last trip in the sawtooth mountains in Idaho. I went cross-country skiing a few times, did my first trip to Redfish lake, 10ºf at start and 25º at the end. I saw two birds and no people. But the beautiful sleepy frozen lake was like a big frozen story!! I know so much about her and my family has so much history with her but to see her frozen was so beautiful. Then she spoke to me with a loud crack it scared the crap out of me. I will visit her at winter more often.
It’s a wonder during winter I almost rather not post pictures so as not to promote its magic.
